First, select the “Based On” for your area. The default is National Average but you should select Florida for a more accurate average.
For an even more accurate estimate. Use the SEER rating slider to, first, find you rating for your current unit. them move the slider to a higher SEER ratings to see the savings difference.
Finally you may customize your estimate by clicking Customize to Your Home, select Current SEER Rating then enter your cost per kilowatt hour. That cost may be found on your electric bill.
