Yes, check out our Emergency fee here. You never know when your heating or air conditioning is going to break down. We are on call 24/7 just for that reason. Depending on the distance, there may be a mileage charge.

The cost of repairing your air conditioner can vary greatly. Some issues may be relatively inexpensive (less than $200), such as dealing with a clogged air filter or drain. Most manufacturers require annual maintenance to maintain your system warranty as well! We highly recommend scheduling your tune-up before the summer. This gives our technicians a chance to clean, calibrate, and test your system for performance and efficiency before you’ll need it to cool your home. We’ll also be able to find any lurking issues that you might want to address before they turn into a more costly repair issue.

Most furnaces last around 15-20 years. Air conditioning systems generally have a lifespan of 10-15 years, and heat pumps can last upwards of 15-20 years. The best way to ensure you get the longest possible lifespan for your HVAC system is to ensure it’s properly sized and professionally installed, and that you have it regularly maintained and serviced by a licensed and experienced technician on an ongoing basis.
