How long does a typical installation take?

What SEER rating should I get?

Higher SEER means better efficiency, but the jump in cost does not always pay for itself on every house, especially one that already runs efficiently for other reasons. We look at your actual usage, your current bills and how long you plan to stay, then show you where the efficiency actually pays off instead of pushing the top of the line by default.

My ductwork looks undersized. Can you still install a new system?

Usually, but it is worth fixing rather than working around. Ductwork that is too small for the new system’s airflow makes it run harder, louder and less efficiently than it should, undoing some of what you paid for in the new equipment. We size the ducts to match the system as part of the installation rather than leaving a mismatch in place.

I got to see everything before it was replaced in my attic. They were very thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done and why my house wasn’t holding cool air. I opened up a can of worms and luckily they know what they are doing. I had a solution in minutes. It’s a pricey procedure but good air quality and a efficient electric bill is very important. Give ‘em a call!
