My system is brand new. Does it still need maintenance?

Yes. A new system still collects dirt on the coils and algae in the drain line, and catching a small installation issue in the first year is a lot easier than finding it later. The first visit on a new system is usually quick, and it gives us a baseline to compare against as the system ages.

I got to see everything before it was replaced in my attic. They were very thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done and why my house wasn’t holding cool air.
